Maybe not g-friend. Todd uses a subjective rating as part of the overall score. As soon as it was announced that Ad Age took it over, I wondered if I would continue my plummet or if I might be buoyed by their ownership. Either way, I assume the rankings will change based on their ownership.

Interesting take. Never thought of it that way. Wonder how transparent they'll be; speaking of "g-friends" can't help but wonder if this will influence the number of divas on the list.

Rest assured, there will only be one version of the list. As soon as Ad Age finalizes their version, that will become the one and only. Power150.com and toddand.com/power150 will point to the Ad Age version.

Keep in mind that the site you're linking to is just a testing site. When I checked just a moment ago, it only ranked the blogs according to my score because the bloglines, technorati and google automation hadn't been incorporated yet. Since the list is automated with APIs (application programming interfaces), it will eventually be pulling data directly from those three parties. Hope that explains things.

Yes, I am watching this closely about ranking. How closely will this influence the content on the blogs to get higher in ranking. Hmmmm.

And -- will the bloggers get even more pitches about products? I got five today and I'm not even in the top anything.
